This is based on John Fahey's original, 1959, recording of John Fahey from the Blind Joe Death album. While there's a re-released version he recorded in 1967, this is based on the original release. It features a hypnotizing hammer-on on the bass-side strings, toggling back-and-forth between the 2nd-fret of the 4th-string and the open 4th-string.
